Shenzhen Securities Communication Co.,Ltd. (SSCC) was established in July 1993, with a registered capital of 113.6 million yuan. Its shareholders are Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (CSDC), it is one of the earliest companies to develop securities communication business in China. SSCC is mainly responsible for the trading and settlement communication of Shenzhen Stock Market, supporting the construction of the core application system of SZSE, providing financial technology services such as information technology center, financial data exchange platform (FDEP) and financial cloud to financial institutions. It is also responsible for the construction and operations of China Southern Information Technology Center for Securities and Futures Industry (Southern Information Technology Center) as well as the operations of Shenzhen Stock Exchange IT Product Alliance. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a key software enterprise of Shenzhen.

SSCC has more than 800 employees, with subsidiaries located in Dongguan, Hong Kong and Beijing. Its subsidiary in Dongguan is mainly responsible for the management and operations of Southern Information Technology Center and Binhai Data Center. The subsidiary in Hong Kong is  responsible for providing the financial data exchange services for Hong Kong financial institutions, providing cross-border communication infrastructure services for international financial institutions, and participating in the internationalization process of SZSE. Beijing branch is mainly responsible for providing technical services for the core institutions in Beijing.
